Grieving Our Losses; The Journey

Presenters/Facilitators - Karen Greer & Mary Knoll

The human journey is filled with losses of all kinds, not only the loss of people in our lives. Whether we identify our losses, express them and ultimately grieve them, they are part of our challenge as humans. We will be looking at the Grief Cycle that was originally delineated by Elizabeth Kubler Ross and expanded upon by David Kessler.

Come explore in small groups how our many losses have impacted us and perhaps how we might go about healing them since they are part of our life's journey.

Karen Greer is weaving her background in life transition coaching into an End of Life focus. She assists individuals and groups to look at next steps in considering end-of-life realities.

Mary Knoll at age 86, is really aware of "losses" and the grieving journey. As she looks back on her life, she is willing to share some of her perspectives with us.

MAGNT, the Minnesota chapter of the Association for Global New Thought, offers activities to expand consciousness. Its purpose is to inspire, inform and empower people to create an awakened world. MAGNT is supported by local Unity churches and Centers for Spiritual Living.

There is no admission fee for MAGNT programs unless specified. Donations are welcome. No need to pre-register. Just come and be warmly included. Come to learn, to ask questions, and to engage in spirited conversation with the group.

We look forward to seeing you.
